Join our FREE Adult Weight Management Groups
The 12-week weight management programme is sponsored by Norfolk County Council and is completely free of charge for eligible participants. To enrol, simply visit the Norfolk County Council Website and submit a referral form.
Once you have submitted the form, your referral will be sent to us and we will contact you via email within 3 working days to get you booked onto a course. Please have a look at our class map to see which days and times are available.

Anyone Aged 18+ who lives in Norfolk
Registered with a GP across Norfolk
A BMI equal or greater than 30
If your BMI is greater than 30 or 27.5 and above if you are of the Asian, Black African or African Caribbean community got to Step 2 >
BMI = kg/m2 where kg is a person's weight in kilograms and m2 is their height in metres squared
If you do not meet our eligibility criteria for the free 12-week course, then you are still able to secure a place on our programmes with a fee from £6 per person, each time you attend a session.

To participate in Your Health Norfolk’s weight management programme, simply click on the tab below to visit the Norfolk County Council website. From there, you can follow the instructions provided on the site to access our programme.
